The packs are brand new with sealed perforations intact and include 10 packs of each variation offered: Dolphins, Cowboys, Eagles, Jets. The unopened 128 page Album includes Players stamps as well as stamp placement areas for each team and some great historic information on the NFL Teams at the time.
